Teams that understand each other work better.
Experiential teamwork and leadership workshops based on Carl Jung’s Psychological Types and the MBTI. Each person discovers their style, and the team sees, for the first time and on a map, how its members complement each other and where they clash.

Both combine the type questionnaire, group activities and a visual team report. We tailor them to your industry, size and goals.
Team building with the MBTI
For teams that need to communicate better, assign roles wisely and turn differences into an advantage instead of a source of friction.
- Understand individual differences without judgment
- See the team’s strengths and weaknesses visually
- Build communication skills to resolve conflicts
- Leave with a concrete, shared improvement plan
Leadership development with the MBTI
For managers and executive teams. Each leader understands how their type shapes the way they decide, delegate and give feedback, and how to adapt to people different from them.
- Recognize your own leadership style and its blind spots
- Adapt communication to each type of team member
- Develop your own potential and that of your team
- Individual development plan at the close
From intuition to a map of your team

Jung’s Psychological Types
In 1921 Carl G. Jung proposed that differences between people are not random: they reflect stable preferences in how we gain energy, perceive, decide and organize ourselves. The MBTI turns that theory into an objective, non-threatening instrument that describes 16 personality types.
There are no better or worse types: the MBTI is a development tool, not a selection tool. That’s why it works so well with teams.
The MBTI also lives on Grafometrics
Administer the 16-type questionnaire online and get a type dashboard for each person and for the whole team. Ideal for preparing the workshop, for executive coaching or for follow-up afterward.
